Paneer Bhurji Wraps

🛒 Ingredients

  • 200g paneer (crumbled)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 capsicum, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tortillas / rotis
  • Salt & oil to taste

👩‍🍳 Steps

  1. Sauté onion, capsicum, and ginger-garlic paste for 2 minutes.
  2. Add tomato and spices; cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add crumbled paneer, toss well, and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Fill tortillas/rotis with the mixture, roll them up, and serve warm.
