Paneer Bhurji Wraps

🛒 Ingredients
- 200g paneer (crumbled)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 capsicum, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tortillas / rotis
- Salt & oil to taste
👩🍳 Steps
- Sauté onion, capsicum, and ginger-garlic paste for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato and spices; cook for 2 minutes.
- Add crumbled paneer, toss well, and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Fill tortillas/rotis with the mixture, roll them up, and serve warm.
